La Sala advierte que no se está ante verdaderos conceptos o frases que generen duda, por el contrario lo que se pretende realmente es cuestionar la decisión judicial adoptada, antes que dilucidar o aclarar puntos que ofrezcan realmente duda, se niega por improcedente.
